Meet the founder

Teresa Lasley

I am Teresa Michelle Lasley- A native to the DMV and product of Prince George’s County Public Schools. After completing my undergraduate degree at Spelman College with a double major in English and Drama, I followed my passion to connect and to give voice to the lives of the youth by becoming a New York City Teaching Fellow (NYCTF). My graduate work in Education at Fordham University was my introduction to facilitating learning for students which afforded me the opportunity to nurture growing minds.
